We were away for a few days this week to the pretty town of Pezenas in the south of France to celebrate my birthday. Whilst there, I did a little house hunting and found the perfect shabby chateau :) A little rusty, a whole lot of wonky but with oodles of charm :)
I'm been spending all afternoon trying to find a suitable spot for it in my home, it would look great in one of the guest rooms but I want to enjoy living with this everyday! So it's in the living room on a little side table - think I might make a ruffled cloth for the table top and eventually move it to the stair landing on the first floor .... we'll see.
